Our Rent to Own program is available in our communities as well as others. Homes eligible for our program typically must be 1990 or newer and will subject to an inspection by our company or a third party.”
Our Rent to Own program began when we recognized that there were tons of great people out there that might not have the best credit. With traditional routes to home-ownership unavailable, we found a way to bring that option to those who check all the other boxes. With a clean background, consistent income, and no eviction history or previous landlord collections, many people who would not qualify for a traditional loan have a chance through our program.
Qualifications
- Background check; no evictions, no felonies.
- Credit check. Although score is not a determining factor; no previous landlord collections.
- Income strong consideration.
